Suggested Use
Adults and children 3 years of age and older: Apply to the affected area no more than three (3) or four (4) times a day. This product is not be used on children under the age of 3 years without consulting a physician.

Inactive Ingredients: Water, oryza sativa (rice) bran oil, polysorbate-80, bromelain, papain, menthyl lactate, boswellia serrata extract, harpagophythum procumbens extract, zingiber officinale (ginger) root extract, yucca schidigera extract, cetyl alcohol, laureth-4, silica, benzyl alcohol, carbomer and sodium hydroxide.
Warnings
For topical (external) use only. Do not apply immediately after a shower or on wet skin. Do not apply on open skin lesions or on wounds. Bandages may be lightly applied after the cream is fully absorbed. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. To be used by pregnant or lactating women only after consultation with a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, immediately seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center in the vicinity.
While using this product: After each application, thoroughly wash hands with soap and water. Discontinue use if the skin becomes excessively irritated. In case of persistent symptoms, or recurrence, consult a physician promptly.
