Suggested Use : Take 3 to 6 capsules once daily 15 minutes before or two hours after last meal with a full glass of water.
For short term intensive use: Take 3 to 6 capsules three times daily preferably 15 minutes before meals with a full glass of water.
Dose variations: Depends on individual specific needs and
body mass. Smaller/thinner individuals generally 3 to 4 capsules to be effective, while larger/heavier individuals may require 5 or 6 capsules.
Effectiveness: May be improved by making certain dietary
changes. A diet high in fibers and suggested daily amounts of drinking water is recommended. Also limiting intake of high fat foods, red meats, dairy products, and refined white foods and sugars may be helpful.
