Also, beta-alanine supplementation has been shown to delay the onset of neuromuscular fatigue.(3) Beta-alanine in combination with creatine monohydrate appears to have the greatest effect on lean tissue accruement and body fat composition compared to either alone. Suggested Use:
Do not use Anarchy with Redline, Meltdown or any other products and/or beverages that contain caffeine or other forms of stimulants. Mix one (1) level scoop of Anarchy with 6 ot 8 ounces of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage. Unlike other supplements in this category, Anarchy is very powerful and requires only one (1) scoop. Always consume at least 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight. For example, a 160 pound person would drink 80 ounces of water per day.
